Duration of Warranty: The warranty for Dink's Pickleball paddles covers 90 days from the original date of purchase. This ensures that customers can rely on their paddles to perform optimally without defects due to manufacturing errors or material flaws for at least twelve months. During this period, any issues arising from these covered defects will be addressed under the warranty policy, providing peace of mind and quality assurance.

Products Covered: This warranty policy specifically applies to all pickleball paddles manufactured by Dink. Each paddle, whether designed through our personalized customization process or part of a special edition collection, is included under this warranty. Customers must retain their proof of purchase to validate the warranty coverage for their specific paddle.

Types of Defects Covered: The warranty covers a range of defects, ensuring that customers receive a product free from significant imperfections. This includes:

  • defects in materials, such as cracks in the paddle face, handle, or edge guard due to faulty materials.
  • manufacturing defects, such as improper assembly or bonding that impact the paddle's structural integrity.
  • workmanship-related issues, such as misaligned components or poor finishing tht affect the paddle's performance.

Warranty Limitations

While Dink's pickleball paddles are crafted with the utmost care and quality, certain limitations apply to our warranty coverage. Our warranty primarily covers manufacturing defects, material flaws, and workmanship issues. However, it does not extend to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

  • Normal wear and tear, which includes scuffs, scratches, and other minor imperfections from regular play, are not covered under the warranty.
  • Damage caused by improper use, such as striking non-regulation balls or surfaces.
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the paddle by the user or unauthorized third parties.
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions, such as excessive heat, cold, moisture, or sunlight that can degrade the materials and performance of the paddle.
  • The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the paddle's performance, such as surface dings, discoloration, or peeling graphics.
  • Issues arising from the neglect or improper maintenance of the paddle.
  • The non-transferable warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from Dink or an authorized retailer.

  • Detailed photographs of the defect or issue are also necessary to help our team assess the problem.

    The quickest and easiest way to start a claim is to email us the required information and documents to our customer support team at team@dinkusa.com. Make sure to include a brief description of the issue and any steps you have already taken to try to resolve it.

    Claim Evaluation and Processing

    Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will begin the evaluation process. Initially, we will review the submitted information and photos to determine if the defect falls under our warranty coverage. This step usually takes about 3-5 business days. If additional information or inspection is needed, we will contact you promptly.

    Approved claims will proceed to either repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the defect. If a replacement is necessary, we will ship the new paddle to you at no additional cost. Throughout the process, we will email you to keep you informed about the status of your claim.

    Replacement

    If the defect is beyond repair, we will replace the paddle with a new one. A product will be replaced if the damage significantly affects its functionality and cannot be adequately repaired. This includes severe structural damage, extensive material flaws, or defects resulting from manufacturing errors. Replacement paddles will be of the same model and specifications as the original. In cases where the exact model is no longer available, we will provide a comparable alternative of equal or greater value.     Shipping Costs

    We cover the shipping costs for sending the defective paddle to us for evaluation and repair or replacement. Once the repair or replacement is completed, we also cover the return shipping to send the paddle back to you. In situations where a refund is issued, shipping costs incurred during the original purchase are not refundable. Our commitment is to provide a hassle-free experience, ensuring that the warranty process is straightforward and cost-effective for our customers.

    Return of Damaged Paddle
